They were great! Due to my scheduling conflicts I had to reschedule once or twice, but they were great and worked with me even last minute. Terry who was the one who came out to check our house and he was fantastic! Very friendly and didnt mind us asking him all kinds of questions and what not. Overall given the reason on having them come out, great experience! Would recommend and will use them again!

My husband and I had sound pest come out to take care of a carpenter ant problem we were having. Not only was the technician amazing and very thorough, everyone we dealt with took great care to explain everything to us so we understood the process, and we had a lot of questions. This was an excellent experience with a pest control company.
